1. Collection and storage of personal data

We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide our website, perform our services, or fulfill legal obligations.

4. Applicant and candidate data

As part of our work as a recruitment agency, we process personal data from applicants and candidates, in particular:

• Master data (name, date of birth, nationality)
• contact information
• Resumes, certificates, qualifications
• Language skills and professional experience

The processing is carried out for the purpose of conducting the placement process in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Data will only be passed on to potential employers with the appropriate consent or within the scope of the placement activity.

5. Data from business partners and clients

We process personal data of business partners and clients for the purposes of contract execution, communication, and invoicing (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

6. Disclosure of data

Your data will only be transferred to third parties if:

• You have expressly consented
• this is necessary for the performance of the contract
• there is a legal obligation
• there is a legitimate interest

7. Third-country transfers

In the context of international recruitment, it may be necessary to transfer personal data to third countries (e.g., Indonesia). This is done exclusively in compliance with Art. 44 ff. GDPR, in particular through appropriate safeguards or consent.
